Thursday, September 1st
Today was the first day of school for Livia - she started the pre-school room today and absolutely loved it. She was so excited that when she woke up, the first thing she said was "today is my first day of school!" We picked out her clothes together the night before so she was on board with what she was going to wear. She asked for a braid in her hair so I gave her a half French braid. After she put on her shoes and brushed her teeth she was ready to go. She didn't even say goodbye to me or give me a kiss but she made sure to give Madison a kiss. It was raining too so she had to make sure she had her umbrella. Livia will be attending school 2 half days each week. Likely, Tuesday and Fridays. When I picked her up, Ms. Amy said she was great and stated that Livia acted as if she had never left. I tried getting a picture of Livia before we left but she was distracted by Ms. Risa and wanted to give her a hug and teachers wanted to see baby Madison....so no picture:( Here is the only picture which was from school...
Today was also daddy's first day back to reality...not really since the kids don't start until after labor day on Tuesday. But it was still his first day back and he had an unexpected room change to throw in the loop.
Madison and I stayed home and I took some pictures and sent them to daddy through text.
