2005 I switched my license from PA to NJ. The was the picture I have had on my license from 2005 to 2016 (left). Everytime I went to renew my license or make a change (i.e. name change, address change) they always asked me if I wanted to keep my picture and I always said yes. This time they did not asked me :( New picture is on the right. 11 years difference:
