5 Months!
December 29th
Happy 5 months Madison! You are truly such a happy baby. You smile at everyone, so much so, that, Daddy's been calling you smiley as of late. So far, you have tried a few fruits (bananas, pears, apples, peaches) as well as oatmeal cereal. You still have those big beautiful blue eyes, still no changes. Only one more month for me to be able to spend all day everyday with you and your sister. It will be hard leaving the two of you but I know you'll both be in good hands.

This has seriously been the best Christmas ever! It also helped that we had such a busy and late Christmas Eve because Livia slept in until almost 7am. Its nice that Gram stays over to enjoy the magic of Christmas morning. Livia was so excited and animated as she opened her gifts. Madison got to sit back and watch as Livia opened Madison's gifts as well. It was cute watching Livia show Madison each of her gifts too.
Gifts included a large dollhouse and furnishings, little charmer dolls, a Dori robe, a beauriful Polo coat from Gram, snow suit and coat with matching hat and gloves and more. Livia is really into imaginary play and it's so heartening to watch...funny too when she mimics real life. Here is a pic of how she arranged her family. Mommy didn't think this through very well because the little girl doesn't have a bed...looks like I need to have baby and girl share a room and purchase another bed.
Christmas Eve
Saturday, December 24th 🎄
Every Christmas Eve, for the past 13 years, we have made our first stop at the Carabba's house (20 years for me). Here are all the pictures taken. Here we see Aunt Donna, Uncle Rick, Sophia, Ricky, the entire Massimi family and your great grandparents.
After we leave, we head to Pat Brennan and Tom McGrath's and we pick up Gram here. We spend about an hour or so then head out to the O'Neil's house. We exchange with Gavin and Camryn. Unfortunately, no pictures were taken at either of these houses. At the end of the night, we had two very tired little girls who slept the entire car ride home. Once we were home, we prepared for Santa's arrival.
Preschool report
Friday, December 23rd
Today was Livia's last day in the preschool 1 room. When she returns after break, she will be in the preschool 2 room with Ms. Shawna and Ms. Maureen. Here's her progress report for the first half of the year.
Livia wears Jeans!
December 22nd
Livia was so excited to not only wear jeans, but to take a picture to send to daddy to show him she was wearing jeans. Almost as if she was so proud to wear jeans, just like Daddy. She did wear the jeans for a majority of the day, but took them off in the early evening.
